The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities offers a Family Support Program that is available to children and adults of all income levels eligible for Cuyahoga DD services living at home with a family member in order to support families who provide for individuals with a developmental disability. The program includes several services and resources such as day or overnight camp opportunities, home modifications, respite care for families to get a little break, special equipment, specialized nutrition, therapies for infants and toddlers, and leisure and recreation activities. In order to participate in the Family Supports Program, you must first be eligible for services from Cuyahoga DD.
