The imagine Information System (imagineIS) is a tool built to support person-centered work and streamline administrative processes while creating opportunities to engage the person accessing supportive services, their family and their entire team.
imagineIS offers real-time access to information available to the person at the center of service planning, County Board of Developmental Disabilities staff, providers and families making it easier to discuss outcomes, communicate needed supports and implement or revise action plans while integrating with state business applications eliminating the need to enter data into multiple systems.
