Funding options for Life Builders include the I/O and Level One Medicaid Waiver as well as self-pay and through Employment-First through Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities. Life Builders currently has three locations in Marion, Westerville, and Sunbury, Ohio and is based within area churches.
