Provides affordable housing for those living with physical and developmental disabilities in Medina County. All applicants must be 18 or over, low income, and have a physical, mental, or developmental disability. Rent is just 30% of adjusted income. Offices remain open at this time, but virtual appointments are available. Buildings are also cleaned and sanitized everyday to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
