The Help Me Grow program (HMG) is for Ohio’ªs expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers and provides health and developmental services so children start school healthy and ready to learn. The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) is the lead agency in charge of administering the HMG program in Ohio. Federal and state funds are used to implement the HMG program and are given to local agencies for them to implement local/county HMG program services (therefore, HMG services are provided at NO COST to families). The Pickaway County ESC is the local agency that oversees the Pickaway County HMG Program.
