The Sibling Support Project is a national program dedicated to recognizing siblings of those with a disability and providing support and opportunities to these siblings. SibShops are local support groups for children aged 6-12 who have one or more siblings with a disability. Children play games, meet new people, talk about their experiences, and learn about their sibling’s disability. This specific SibShop tailors its program towards brothers and sisters of autism patients. The cost of this workshop is $20 and the group meets one Saturday a month from 10am-2pm.
