The goal of the Transition Fair is to improve accessibility to college, employment and life after high school for area students with IEPs and 504 Plans by bringing a multitude of resources together in one convenient place.

Each year the Transition Fair features many education and community resources available for planning and supporting life after high school. Discussion panels are led by representatives from area school districts, colleges, and agencies. Students, families, and educators will find a wealth of information and resources designed to help students reach their life goals.

Information is geared to residents and educators in Clark, Darke, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, and Preble counties, however, any and all are welcome!

This FREE event is sponsored by State Support Team 10 in collaboration with its Regional Transition Council and Parent Advisory Council, and the following: Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services, Greene County Board of Developmental Disabilities, School to Adult Life Transition (S.A.L.T.), and Sinclair College Accessibility Services.
