The evening starts with a light meal. This FREE presentation is open to transition-aged students 12-21, family members, school staff, professionals and partner agencies. Students encouraged to attend.

S.A.L.T. is a FREE monthly series developed to assist professionals, parents and their youth with disabilities (ages 12-21) for life through high school and beyond. This series hosted by MAP (Multi-Agency Partnerships) offers timely information and resources to navigate the transition from school to adulthood.
