The evening starts with a light meal. After eating, parents attend the series while their students attend a separate session geared to their age group.

S.A.L.T. is a FREE monthly series developed to assist professionals, parents and their youth with disabilities (ages 14-22) for life through high school and beyond. This series hosted by MAP (Multi-Agency Partnerships) offers timely information and resources to navigate the transition from school to adulthood.

Parents/Guardians/Professionals:

Life is full of changes – SAFY will help students to recognize stressors and learn coping skills  for the classroom, workplace and in their daily lives.
