Building Personal Networks – Creating a Community for Your Loved One

This free workshop will help you form a group of caring people as a circle of support on behalf of your child. Together, they help you and your child have social opportunities, assist with decision-making, and reduce isolation. The goal is that this group continues long term when you are no longer around.
Join us to learn more about: personal networks, the benefits of creating your own network, who to invite into your network, how to ask them to join, and preparing for your first network meeting.
Dates: Tuesday, March 21st and Tuesday, April 4th, 2023
Time: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: Online, zoom link received upon registration.
Participants are required to attend both dates.
