Do you have adaptive equipment at home collecting dust that your child has outgrown or simply no longer uses? Bring it to our Special Needs Equipment Swap and look for other items that your child might actually use. Ohio Family to Family and the Early Childhood Resource Network (ECRN) are hosting this event, and we’d love for you to participate!

Is there a specific piece of equipment that you think might work for your child? Use this request form to reserve a piece of equipment from the Equipment Loan Program at ECRN, and pick it up at the event: Equipment Loan Request Form. Items are loaned out through the program for 90 days, which gives you a chance to try them out before you decide to pursue getting one of your own through insurance or other funding sources. Loans can be extended if the item is not requested by others.

Any item brought to the event by another family can be yours to keep! Any item you bring that is not claimed by another family will be added to the inventory of the Equipment Loan Program, and you will be provided with a receipt that can be used for tax purposes.
