The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, with partners throughout Ohio, is working towards a vision of collaboration among state agencies, communities, and networks of support where fathers of people with developmental disabilities are valued, engaged, and empowered. To best move forward, we want to know- ‘What is a father’s current perspective?’ What are fathers’ experiences in systems that support their child with developmental disabilities? Who better to answer these questions than fathers themselves! If you are an Ohio father with a child with developmental disabilities, of any age, consider participating in a brief (5-10 minute) survey. We are eager to hear from you!! The simple, 18 question survey shouldn’t take more than 5-10 minutes. Participating fathers will have an opportunity to win one of two $50 gift cards courtesy of DSACO.
