Real Stories of How Charting the LifeCourse Is Changing the Narrative for All in Ohio
After sharing the Charting the Life Course framework and tools at OCALICON 2017 and taking the voices of the families, professionals, and individuals who attended back to our Supporting Families conversations, we want to continue this connection by bringing together a panel of individuals, families, and professionals who are embracing and using the framework and tools. They will share personal stories of the impact of Charting the LifeCourse on their personal and professional narratives. Panelists have experienced the impact of this approach and are ready to share how you can, too!
