Building Personal Networks – Creating a Community for Your Loved One
This workshop will help you form a group of caring people as a circle of support on behalf of your child. Together, they help you and your child have social opportunities, assist with decision-making, and reduce isolation. The goal is that this group continues long term when you are no longer around.

To learn more about personal networks, the benefits of creating your own network, who to invite into your network, how to ask them to join, and preparing for your first network meeting.
*Participants should plan to attend both workshop dates*
