Planning the Good Life for Your Child – S.A.L.T. Series – Butler County
Butler County’s School to Adult Life Transition Series (S.A.L.T.) is a FREE monthly series developed to provide a learning opportunity, along with the resources and guidance, to help families of children with disabilities and students (age 14-22) to navigate through transition from school to adult life.
WHEN: S.A.L.T. meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month. Students are encouraged to attend their own series designed for all learners taking place the same time as the parents’ series. Students will participate in fun and interactive learning activities to help them prepare for the transition from school to adult life.
