Butler County’s School to Adult Life Transition Series (S.A.L.T.) and Preparing, Empowering, and Planning for Adulthood Series (P.E.P.A.) are FREE monthly series developed to provide a learning opportunity, along with the resources and guidance, to help families of children with disabilities and students (ages 14-22) to navigate through transition from school to adult life.

The meetings are held on the second Wednesdays of each month from 6-7:30 p.m. at Liberty Fairfield Office: 5645 Liberty Fairfield Road | Hamilton, OH 45011.
