Sibshops are celebrations of the many contributions made by brothers and sisters of kids with special health or developmental needs. These workshops for “typical” siblings ages 8-16 combine recreation, information and discussion.

Sibshop goals:

To meet other siblings of children with disabilities in a relaxed, fun setting
To provide an opportunity for siblings to discuss the joys and challenges of having a brother or sister with a disability
To learn how others handle situations that are common to siblings of children with a disability
To learn about types of disabilities and possible implications in the lives of siblings
Sibshops are Free. Pizza lunch is provided.
