Jim Bernholtz, STABLE Account Outreach from the Office of the Ohio Treasurer of State, will provide a review of Ohio’s STABLE Account features, benefits and eligibility. Logan Philipps, Attorney with Resch, Root & Philipps, LLC, will talk about how the Ohio STABLE Account and how it works in conjunction with trusts as part of a special needs plan.
