Understanding Self-Direction & Participant Directed Goods and Services

We will cover:
- What is Self-Direction?
- How can it benefit people with disabilities and their families?
- Explanation of terms, such as: Participant Directed Goods and Services (PDGS), Participant Directed Homemaker Personal Care (PDHPC), Employer of Record, and Financial Management Services
- How does it work for people in Ohio’s Developmental Disabilities System?
- What are the steps for getting the items I need and my services started?
