Developmental Disabilities Program: Promote independence, personal accountability and growth for the clients with developmental disabilities. Services include: residential care, behavioral intervention, vocational/job readiness skills training and supported living.

We work hard to promote independence, personal accountability and growth for the clients we serve in our Programs for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (DD). Each client has an Individual Program Plan (IPP) or an Individual Services Plan (ISP). The IPP/ISP is the blueprint for helping each client to attain their personal development goals and addressing their assessed needs. Throughout an individual’s stay at Alvis, the treatment team is constantly reviewing assessments and other data in order to make appropriate, timely adjustments to an IPP or ISP.
